Ian has installed a fully functioning indoor golf simulation system at Wrag Barn Professional Shop. This system gives you the chance to be fitted inside away from the cold, wind and rain.
When you come for a club fit in the Indoor studio our Professional Team will use the innovative Foresight Sports GC Quad launch monitor which provides precise analytical output to enhance your club fit decision. To make your fitting session as memorable as possible you are able to see your shots traced and projected onto a cinema like screen in 3D to get an experience like no other.
Indoors, the GC Quad launch monitor produces the most accurate measurements of ball characteristics at launch-period. Also, the HMT (Head Measurement Technology) combines with the GC Quad to precisely capture club head data with an ease and accuracy never before seen. With the GC Quad launch monitor calculating the clubs horizontal club path, clubhead speed, smash factor and dynamic loft and lie all this comprehensive data on how each club performs from a statistical point of view we will be able to accurately fit you with the clubs that best suit your specific height and swing style to improve your game.

Not only do you have the choice of being fitted in the indoor studio using GC Quad technology by Ian and his trained professional staff; you also have the option to be fitted outside in our covered fitting hub or grass section with state of the art Trackman 3 system. Using our Trackman 3 to collect club and ball data will give us all tools we need to ensure the fitting session is as precise as possible.
Trackman has a long history of working with golf radar technology. The radar not only helps map key data parameters - ball speed, attack angle, face angle, etc. It also captures the golf swing with a built in HD video camera or with the use of external camera's. Radar technology in Trackman is an integral part of golf tuition and fitting, as any golfer of any level whether it be beginner or professional, coaches or players, everyone can benefit.
